Thank you for choosing Fuzz! To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Please provide at least 5 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 5 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will incur a non-refundable, non-transferable fee of 30% of the full service price.
A credit card is required to reserve appointments made online, through our app, or over the phone.
To cancel or reschedule, please call the Fuzz location where you booked, at least 5 hours before your appointment. You can also modify or cancel your appointment through the Fuzz mobile app or by logging into your account via the “Sign In” button at the top right of this page.
Lateness Policy
We understand that schedules can be unpredictable, and should you arrive later than the start of your appointment, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if our schedule allows. When planning your appointment, please account for possible traffic or time to find parking. Arriving late, even by a few minutes, may result in rescheduling your appointment or adjusting the services provided.
